Dear GeneFun partners, I. Minutes of previous meeting: ___________________________ Please find attached the Minutes of our last meeting in Barcelona. II. 1st annual GeneFun meeting: ___________________________ I would like to confirm (finally) that we are going to hold our Annual Project meeting on April 29-30, in Barcelona again, just before the Meeting of the Protein Society. Luis has already reserved a room. In terms of timing, our meeting will start Fri April 29 at 2 pm and end on Sat 30 April 3-4 pm. This will give everyone time to get ready for the opening evening of the Protein Society meeting ======== Our meeting will be primarily focused on the science. Different groups will be given enough time, 30min or so, to present research carried out within the project. We will also have time to discuss common work on WP's. So Students and Post Docs are encouraged to participate! Please let me know as soon as possible the number and names of people from your group who are going to attend, and the title of the presentation from your laboratory. Christian Blaschke has agreed to be the local organiser for this meeting. So please CC him on your reply (blaschke@almabioinfo.com), so that he can make room/hotel reservations for those who will not have their hotel booked through the Protein Society meeting. III. 1st Annual Progress Report __________________________ Last but not least, we need your yearly progress report, by March 31! To that end, WP coordinators need to get the report from the participants of each WP, collate it, provide a short summary reviewing the progress with regards to milestones and deliverables, and a paragraph outlining the tasks for the next year.
