This is to confirm that our second annual meeting *will* take place in
Stockholm, on April 10-11.  It seems to be the earliest possible date
where the most people can attend.  And with a bit of luck the snow
will already have melted.

Our apologies for the delay in confirmation, but we were waiting on
Dr. Van Eijl, the EU officer, for any news regarding the contract
amendments.  We are still awaiting details, but have decided to
already go ahead with the organisation.

Local organiser is Arne and, as he suggested, we would like to start
on the 10th in the afternoon, at 14:00 right after lunch (which is
provided) and finish the following day around 16:00.  In due time Arne
will give us the exact venue for the meeting.

You should take care of travel and accommodation yourself.  The hotel
Arcadia (http://www.elite.se/hotell/stockholm/arcadia/default.htm)
provides a university rate (refer to booking number ALBA060410), but
has limited space, so do not wait too long with your reservation.

Arne has suggested to organise a group dinner on monday evening
(10th).  Please let him know if you will attend and with how many
persons.

So far we have no indication about any mid-term evaluations taking
place, as in several other EU projects, so the format for the meeting
will be like our first annual meeting.  Each partner please give us
one (or more) scientific presentation(s).  There will be some time
reserved at the end of the meeting for any administrative business.

Please send the name of a speaker plus suggested title to Marc
(lensink@scmbb.ulb.ac.be) asap, so we can start making the program.
